Zilch is a Monk Fruit decoction powder - a concentrated infusion made by slowly simmering monk fruit in water to draw out its natural sweetness, then drying it into a fine powder. It's the most natural method available, and fully compliant with UK and EU food regulations.

Our ingredients are simple: concentrated Monk Fruit infusion powder and soluble tapioca fibre. No erythritol, no allulose, no artificial sweeteners.

Why Monk Fruit?

Monk fruit has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries. Its sweetness comes from natural antioxidant compounds called mogrosides. It has zero glycaemic impact, negligible calories, and no known side effects.
