Delivery

We offer free standard UK shipping on all orders. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 2–4 business days.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is coming soon.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@enjoywithzilch.com with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@enjoywithzilch.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
