Delivery

We offer free standard UK shipping on all orders. Orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days.

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships, so you can follow it all the way to your door.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is coming soon.

If Something's Wrong With Your Order

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@enjoywithzilch.com with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost. You won't pay a penny in return postage.

If You've Changed Your Mind

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Because monk fruit is a food product, we can only accept returns of items that are still factory-sealed and unopened, for hygiene reasons.

To start a return, email us at hello@enjoywithzilch.com with your order number and we'll send instructions. Return postage is paid by the customer (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect; see above).

Once we've received and checked the return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

Failed Deliveries & Wrong Addresses

If a parcel can't be delivered, it's normally held at your local sorting office or returned to us automatically. You'll usually get a card or notification telling you what to do next.

If the address provided at checkout was incorrect and the parcel doesn't make it back to us, we're unable to issue a refund. Please double-check your address before placing an order.

Your Statutory Rights

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have an automatic right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Our 30-day returns window goes further than that, but your statutory rights are not affected.
